Thursday: 4pm to 10pm

Friday: 2pm to 11pm

Saturday: Noon to 11pm

Downtown Earnest Brew Works is located in the Toledo Warehouse District. 12 beers are on draft can be enjoyed in our taproom, or in a DORA cup. We have to go six-packs and merch for sale. Sorry, we do not have food, but you are welcome to bring in any food you like.

The nose is pure spruce joy, followed by a perfect amount of flavor, like a Christmas Tree in your glass. The recipe was developed as a homebrew, many years ago by earnest brewer Jim Earley. This year we are releasing three bottles; some of these have been over two years in the making in 9 Year Elijah Craig Bourbon barrels!
